The User undertakes to use the Website, subdomains, directories and all its content and services in accordance with the provisions of law, morality, public order and this Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use. They are likewise obliged to make appropriate use of the services and/or contents of the Website and not in order to carry out illegal or criminal activities that violate the rights of third parties or breach any rule of the applicable legal system.

The Website aims to promote the activities that ADVANCED MUSIC, S.L. carries out and the services that it sells, so the information contained therein, unless otherwise stated, is only for said promotional purposes or, where appropriate, a mere invitation to contract, and in no way constitutes a binding offer. All activities and services contained in the Website are marketed or provided by ADVANCED MUSIC, S.L. in accordance with current regulations.

The User undertakes to keep ADVANCED MUSIC, S.L. completely harmless of any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that may be required as a result of the User's breach of any of the rules of use indicated above. The User undertakes and is obliged:

• Not to collect data for advertising purposes or to send advertising of any kind and/or make communications for sale or other commercial purposes.

8. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona will be competent to hear any dispute between ADVANCED MUSIC, S.L. and the User, unless applicable legislation necessarily establishes otherwise.
